PASTA PUTTANESCA

  • 1 # pasta

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 T. oil

  • ¼ t. cayenne

  • 6 anchovy fillets

  • 1 cup of black olives

  • 2 T. capers

  • 1 large can ground tomatoes

  • ½ cup chopped parsley

Simmer until very thick.
