1 T. fresh tarragon chopped fine

3 T. red wine vinegar

Pinch of sugar

Sliced tomatoes
Chop parsley, tarragon and garlic in food processor. Add egg, oil, vinegar, salt,
sugar, and pepper. Pour over fresh sliced tomatoes.
